     "I have always wanted to help others feel at peace in their outer world and with their inner world. I started massage school in 2021 and received my certification from Cedar Stone School of Massage in 2023. I had the honor of becoming in many modalities including Swedish, therapeutic work with myofascial techniques, deep tissue, prenatal and postpartum, shiatsu, energy healing and stone therapy massage. I later earned my Reiki certificate from the Maryland Center of healing. Before each session I sit with every client and talk about what their specific needs are in that moment and use all that I’ve learned to create and unique and authentic healing experience for them.

     It’s an honor to have a passion for helping others on their journey and this is my mission: In a world that rarely slows down and glorifies constant doing, I am devoted to the sacred pause. My purpose is to empower others to rest, to breathe, and to simply be. My work is a sanctuary for stillness: Through intuitive, intentional touch, I guide each client back to themselves, creating peace through gentle movement, healing touch and presence. Here, you are safe, seen, and held. You can rest. You can release. You are at peace. My purpose is to hold a safe space for healing: Come exactly as you are. This is a space free of judgment, guided by compassion and heart-centered care. I encourage the body to remember its own wisdom. Every session is a return to safety, softness, and self.
