Service Description

All massage session begin with a conversion. I want to know how you’re doing and how your body is feeling. What are you seeking from this session. Whether it’s deep tissue, relaxation, or a specific ailment, I’m here to help. It’s also okay if you’re unsure, I will use my intuition and skill set alongside communication to ensure you have the healing experience you’re in need of. Hot stones will be included with all massage but do not need to be used if you would prefer not to. Aroma therapy, CBD salve, cupping and scalp massage may all my included if needed or wanted. Modalities that I’m skilled in: Swedish, relaxation and superficial touch, deep tissue, therapeutic touch, cupping, myofascial techniques, shiatsu, energy healing and reiki, stone massage.
